About Us

Serving Through Faith, Gospel Proclamation, and the Love of Christ

Open Covenant Life Ministry Inc. is a Christian ministry based in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. Our purpose is to proclaim the Good News of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, teach the Word of God, and demonstrate the love of Christ through spiritual and practical service.

Our church services in Faisalabad are held in a house-church setting, where Christian brothers and sisters gather for worship, prayer, and spiritual fellowship.

We focus on the spiritual training of children, young people, and adults. We organise Bible classes for children, men, and women so that they may understand the Word of God and grow stronger in the Christian faith.

Our ministry is not limited to the house church. We travel from village to village and from house to house in rural areas and local communities of Pakistan to proclaim the Gospel. Following the example of the apostles, we believe in faithfully sharing the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ with prayer, love, perseverance, and steadfastness.

While carrying out Christian ministry in an Islamic country such as Pakistan, we may face religious and social sensitivities, opposition, and difficulties in certain circumstances. Therefore, we strive to fulfil our responsibilities with wisdom, patience, caution, and respect for the dignity of every person.

Alongside Gospel proclamation, our Christian ministry also includes helping people in need. According to our available resources, we seek to provide practical assistance to families experiencing poverty, orphaned children, widows, sick people, and women and children affected by food shortages. We believe in serving people in need without discrimination based on religion, nationality, or ethnicity.

Our foundation is prayer, faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and love for people. Our desire is to teach the Word of God, proclaim the Good News of the Gospel, support the spiritual growth of believers, and become a source of hope and compassion for those in need.

Our ministry is founded on the Word of God and the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are committed to proclaiming the Gospel, supporting those in need, caring for widows and orphans, helping the oppressed, and calling people to repentance and a new life in Christ.

My Testimony, Spiritual Formation, and Journey in the Service of the Lord Jesus Christ

My life journey is a story of hard work, faith, prayer, trials, and the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. At every stage, I have come to understand that a person’s life is shaped not only by personal effort but also by the Lord’s guidance, the prayers of parents, and spiritual upbringing. Today, as I look back on my life’s journey, my heart is filled with gratitude because I can clearly see the impact of the Lord’s grace, my parents’ love, and their sacrifices throughout the different stages of my life.

I grew up understanding the importance of hard work and responsibility. I received my primary education at La Salle School. After completing my schooling, I began learning carpentry from my father. He not only taught me this skill but also helped me become a skilled craftsman through his attention, guidance, hard work, and constant encouragement. With his training and support, I developed my abilities and today I work in the making of all kinds of furniture and related carpentry work.

For me, carpentry has been more than a means of earning a living; it has also been a practical training in hard work, honesty, patience, and responsibility. Shaping wood into something useful and beautiful reminds me that growth in life requires time, effort, proper guidance, and perseverance. I am grateful to my father for teaching me to work with my hands, take responsibility for my work, and face life’s difficulties with courage.

The most important part of my life has not been professional training alone, but also the spiritual foundation that my parents established in our lives from childhood. They kept us connected with church services, Christian fellowship, and the teaching and training of God’s Word. We were raised to understand that faith should not be merely a name or a family tradition, but something expressed through our lives, character, conduct, and decisions.

Our family was extremely poor, and life was not easy. My parents faced many difficulties, hardships, and trials. Despite these challenges, they held firmly to their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. They did not lose heart in the face of difficulties but continued moving forward in faith, prayer, and righteousness. Their lives taught us a quiet yet profound lesson: genuine faith is not merely about standing firm when life is easy, but also about trusting the Lord in the midst of hardship.

Through my parents’ lives, I learned that serving the Lord requires more than words. It requires a faithful heart, steadfast faith, a spirit of sacrifice, and love for others. Their upbringing deepened my understanding of the importance of spiritual life and helped me recognize that walking with the Lord is a path of responsibility, obedience, and perseverance.

In 2012, I began receiving formal biblical instruction. This was an important stage in my life because I wanted to understand God’s Word more deeply, strengthen the foundations of my Christian faith, and prepare myself for spiritual service. I studied at a Bible college for three years and six months. During this time, I had the opportunity to study God’s Word, understand Christian teachings, and grow in my spiritual life.

This training further strengthened my commitment to proclaiming the Gospel and serving the Lord. I came to understand that studying God’s Word is not simply about increasing personal knowledge; it also means accepting the responsibility to share what one has learned with others faithfully, lovingly, and honestly.

During this spiritual journey, I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and experienced blessings in the Lord Jesus Christ. These experiences are important parts of my spiritual life. Through them, the importance of faith, prayer, and fellowship with the Lord became even more deeply rooted in my heart. I also continued in fellowship with a Bible teacher, whose guidance helped me understand God’s Word, receive spiritual instruction, and continue walking on the path of righteousness.

In the final months of 2014, after receiving spiritual training and studying God’s Word, I began serving in Gospel evangelism. For me, this was not merely a new activity or responsibility; it was an important step connected to the purpose of my life. I accepted this responsibility as a calling entrusted to me by the Lord, so that those who had not heard the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ might hear it, those seeking spiritual guidance might receive biblical teaching, and those facing life’s difficulties might find encouragement through Christian love, prayer, and fellowship.

I have sought to continue this ministry with faith, prayer, and perseverance. For me, proclaiming the Gospel means more than delivering a message to people; it also means demonstrating the love of Christ through my life and character. I believe that humility, patience, wisdom, integrity, and faithfulness are essential qualities in the service of the Lord.

Over time, my commitment grew stronger to ensure that the teaching of God’s Word and the proclamation of the Gospel would not remain limited to one place, but would also reach villages, homes, and local communities where opportunities for spiritual fellowship and biblical teaching are limited.

The journey of serving the Lord is not always easy. At times, one may face social difficulties, opposition, limited resources, and circumstances that test one’s courage and perseverance. Certain aspects of Christian ministry in Pakistan require particular wisdom, caution, and patience because of religious and social sensitivities.

For me, success does not simply mean reaching large numbers of people or achieving outward progress. It also means treating every person I meet with love, respect, and truthfulness. I want my ministry to be a source of spiritual encouragement, biblical teaching, and hope for others.

Against the background of my life’s journey, spiritual training, and responsibility to proclaim the Gospel, I am committed to advancing a ministry through Open Covenant Life Ministry Inc. that brings together the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ and practical expressions of His love.

The purpose of our ministry is to proclaim the Gospel, teach God’s Word, support the spiritual training of children, young people, and adults, and provide practical assistance to families in need according to our available resources. We seek to bring spiritual service and compassion together so that people may not only receive biblical teaching but also practical support during difficult circumstances.

According to our available resources, we are committed to serving in areas such as children’s education, assistance for widows and orphans, support for poor families, clean water, medical assistance, and the welfare of disadvantaged communities. We are committed to helping people in need without discrimination based on religion, nationality, or ethnic background, while treating every person’s dignity and needs with respect.

Whenever I remember my childhood, my parents’ sacrifices, my professional skills, my biblical education, my spiritual training, and the beginning of my Gospel ministry, my heart fills with gratitude. I know that my journey is still continuing and that there is always a need to learn, grow, and serve faithfully.

My prayer is that the Lord Jesus Christ will grant me wisdom, love, patience, and perseverance so that I may faithfully serve my family, my church, my ministry, and all those whom I have the opportunity to reach. I want my life to be more than a life lived for myself; I want it to become a source of hope, encouragement, spiritual guidance, and practical love for others.

In my professional journey, carpentry is my means of earning a living, while serving the Lord Jesus Christ is an important part of my life’s purpose and responsibility. My two brothers, Suleman Ayoub and Yousaf Ayoub, also share in this journey of service with me. We contribute to the ministry through different responsibilities and work, according to our abilities, in Gospel evangelism, spiritual training, and assistance to people in need.

Our two sisters, Saba Ayoub and Rukhsana Ayoub, play an important role in the education and training of children. They provide children with completely free education in basic school subjects, along with biblical instruction and Gospel teaching. Their service aims to strengthen the children’s educational foundations, support their moral development, and introduce them to the teachings of the Christian faith. Through this educational and spiritual work, they seek to bring positive changes to the lives of children and their families, while also supporting the work of our ministry.

Although we have different responsibilities, we are all united in the same purpose of serving the Lord Jesus Christ. We seek to provide educational opportunities for children, share the Good News of the Gospel with people, and assist families in need. We believe that ministry is not the responsibility of only one individual; it also means working together in love, faithfulness, mutual cooperation, and trust in the Lord.

This is the testimony of my life and journey in ministry: a journey that began with hard work, was strengthened by my parents’ spiritual upbringing, advanced through the study of God’s Word, and entered a new stage through the responsibility of proclaiming the Gospel. My prayer is that the Lord Jesus Christ will grant me, my family, and the brothers and sisters serving alongside me wisdom, strength, love, and perseverance, so that we may faithfully fulfil our respective responsibilities and continue sharing His Good News and love with others. The purpose of our lives and ministry is to bring glory to the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and, through our service, provide people with spiritual guidance, education, hope, and practical assistance.
